Activities within the hotel
At Cabogata Jardín we have fun options for the youngest and not so young members of every family. From extensive aquatic facilities to a varied list of activities and proposals are waiting for you at our resort. Ask our reception staff for all the latest information or check our information screens.
The season for the aquatic facilities and entertainment runs from April to October, depending on the weather.

Swimming pools and aquaparks
The Cabogata Jardín has two spectacular large swimming pools and a paddling pool for the little ones.
The greatest fun is guaranteed in our Splash Zone with its 2 water parks, one for children and the other for teenagers and adults, which will delight the whole family.
We offer a pool towel service upon deposit. For more information please contact the front desk.

Children’s workshops
Under the expert guidance and advice of our family activities staff, your children will experience and discover extraordinary and fun workshops.

Enjoy the water with a workshop full of aquatic surprises.
Art Day
Discover art with different types of painting and urban art in the water.
Oceans Day
Learn how to recycle, discover marine fauna, workshops with shells and a “save Willy” escape pool.
Music Laboratory
Music moves the world, we learn musical rhythms and do dance challenges.
“Made in Almería” Day
A day of celebration with: clay workshop, games, garden party… a magical experience
Eco Day
We explore our garden, learn about recycling and have a workshop with handmade soap.
Detective’s Day
Show your skills with the magnifying glass, look for footprints and clues, enjoy a treasure hunt and participate in the challenge night.

Health and wellness activities
Start the day in a healthy and relaxing way by taking care of body and mind, under the guidance of our expert in sport and health.
Please, you should wear comfortable clothes and slippers or socks. You only need the mats provided by the hotel or a pool towel. We advise you to book or go to the garden area.

Scheduling:
STRETCHING
Gentle movements that create a routine of different exercises derived from yoga, traditional gymnastics and classical dance in order to improve muscle flexibility.
YOGA
A practice that connects body, breath and mind using physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation to improve health.
PILATES
A discipline that combines gymnastics, ballet and yoga techniques. Its aim is to strengthen the body and mind.
CHI KUNG
A medicinal therapy of Chinese origin based on the control of breathing, helping to eliminate tension and stress.
MINDFUL YOGA
Mindful Yoga, or “mindful yoga”, comprises a series of body postures whose primary objective is to work on the union between body and mind through movement and breathing.
BODY STRETCHING
It is based on a series of stretches that combine cardio and strength exercises to increase muscle flexibility and range of motion.
Indoor swimming pool
Closed for the summer season (from 1st July).
Enjoy our indoor swimming pool, open every day from 10:00am to 2:00pm and from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.

Gym
To start the day in a healthy way, our guests may enjoy the facilities and equipment of our gym from 8:00 am to 8:00pm.
